Responsive Web Design [Figma] [Process Book]
We were tasked with designing a set of responsive web screens to support the focus area of grocery shopping during a pandemic. Taking a pop-up research approach, we used directed storytelling and customer journey mapping with interviewees' current experiences to identify a specific point along the journey where we could improve a customer’s experience effective responsive web design.
After developing scenarios of use and narrowing down the interactions needed for our design, we created and tested prototypes until we ended with our high fidelity prototype, an app that allows for a shared grocery experience and encourages exploration of new ingredients and recipes.
