Conversational User Interfaces [Pitch Deck]
The focus of this project was on the unique opportunities for humans to interact with computers using CUIs, conversational user interfaces. In our given domain, 'dining indoors with the risks of the pandemic to consider,' we imagined possible interactions within the framework of intents and means of achieving intents, as well as the ideal experience of an individual interacting with a voice-based interface, in order to prototype our CUI.
Our CUI, mocked up in Figma/Miro and created in Voiceflow, was implemented with alternative paths to allow the user a degree of agency and variation in the interaction.
